Provide a master <br />plan with a site layout and renderings. Each amenity/feature should have a cost <br />estimate and estimates for site work including but not limited to grading, road <br />construction, parking, and retention ponds. Any environmental conditions that could <br />affect development should be identified. A phasing plan should be provided to the City <br />for financial flexibility during development. Providing recommendations on potential <br />funding sources such as grants and partnerships is welcomed. <br /> <br />Task 4. Preparation of a long-term Management Plan, Partnerships & Staffing. Provide <br />a long-term management (10-20 years) and staffing plan aligned to recommended <br />scenarios. Include: <br />• Summary of aspects of management that could be managed by local sports <br />associations or other user groups <br />• Potential required maintenance and frequencies of maintenance and cost <br />estimates <br />• Staffing requirements for recommended scenarios and cost estimates <br /> <br />Deliverables (all deliverables should be in accessible formatting): <br />1. Master plan document (digital) <br />2. Presentations and memos to the Planning Commission, Parks Commission, and <br />City Council <br />2. Proposal Submission <br />To be considered, a written proposal must be submitted by the respondent to the City <br />either by email or personal delivery no later than 12:00 p.m. on July ____, 2026. No <br />proposals submitted by facsimile will be accepted.
