The mission of the City of Lake Elmo is to provide planned, quality public services consistent with the <br />City’s character in a fiscally responsible manner in partnership with our community. <br />3880 Laverne Ave N | Lake Elmo | MN 55042 | (651) 747-3900 | lakeelmo.gov <br />- Charts, graphs, maps, and other data as needed to support the plan <br />- An electronic color version of the Final Park System Plan document in a format that is <br />easily updated by city staff. <br /> - Parks Plan shall consider: <br />- Demographic Trends <br />- Integrate information on how the City of Lake Elmo can respond recreationally to a <br />population that is increasing rapidly <br />- Include compatibility with current ADA requirements <br />- Recommendations on removal of any obsolete facilities and inclusion on new types of <br />recreational facilities or amenities to engage the community. <br />- Prioritizing recommendations for improvement to current park <br />facilities and identifying opportunities for undeveloped parks. <br />- Concept plan showing any proposed park modifications and improvements <br />Community Engagement: <br /> Based on the extent of community engagement offered by the service professional, the <br />City of Lake Elmo would ask for a list of options the city can engage in. This list should <br />provide a description of each engagement activity, the anticipated level of effort, <br />estimated cost, and expected outcomes or deliverables associated with each option. <br />The city may choose some, none or all the events provided by the firm based on their <br />potential outcome. <br />IV. Proposed Timeline <br />Below is the project timeline for the RFQ and contract approval. <br />· RFQ issued: Wed , June 3 rd, 2026 <br />· Deadline for submittals: Wed , June 24, 202 6 <br />· Interviews of prospective firms: June 25 -July 03, 2026 <br /> · Contract Approved: Wed July 8 th, 2026
