The following development standards are created for OP PUDs <br />by City Code Sec. 105.12.1050. For any standard not strictly met by the development, a <br />supermajority vote is required to approve the project: <br />(a) Density – City Code allows a maximum density in OP PUDs of 0.60 units per acre since at <br />least one access is designated as a collector road or higher.
