<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT: <br />There is no direct fiscal impact associated with approval of the proposed license agreement. The agreement <br />would allow the City to continue utilizing an existing access route that has historically been used for <br />maintenance and operation of the Lions Park ice rink area. If the agreement is not approved, the City may <br />need to identify, construct, or maintain an alternative access route, which could result in additional <br />operational and maintenance costs in the future. <br />OPTIONS: <br />Option 1 – Approve the Agreement as Presented <br />Approve the proposed license agreement with the property owner at 11320 Upper 33rd St. N. and authorize <br />City staff to continue accessing Lions Park through the property for ice rink maintenance and related <br />operational activities. <br />Option 2 – Approve the Agreement with Modifications <br />Approve the license agreement with changes directed by the City Council, such as modifying the terms, access <br />provisions, duration of the agreement, or other conditions. <br />RECOMMENDATION: (if pulled from Consent) <br />Approve the proposed license agreement with the property owner at 11320 Upper 33rd St. N. and authorize <br />City staff to continue accessing Lions Park through the property for ice rink maintenance and related <br />operational activities. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />License Agreement <br />
