Ordinance 08-015 City Council; 6-16-09 <br />(c) The sign must be located on private property, and permission must have <br />been obtained from the private property owner to erect the temporary sign; <br />(d) The temporary off -premises sign shall not exceed six (6) square feet in size; <br />(e) The temporary off -premises sign shall not cause the total square feet of <br />signage on a property to exceed the allowed maximum in the underlying <br />zoning district. <br />(V) Warning Signs. Warning signs which do not exceed the minimum statutory <br />requirements for size and number may be posted, and shall not count towards the <br />overall permitted signage on a given property. Increases in either size or number <br />over minimum statutory requirements shall count against the overall permitted <br />signage on a given property unless authorized by conditional use permit which finds <br />sufficient evidence that larger or more frequent signage is necessary to provide the <br />intended warning. <br />151.118 Specific Regulations by Zoning District <br />(A). Sign Setbacks.
