1� <br />MINUTES OF THE JANUARY )(, 19"72 COUNCIL MEETING Cont P d. pg.2 <br />A committee or group of citizens of Cimmaron were on hand and had selected <br />attorney,Jack Wallace to explain their position as it pertained to their <br />Movilla Homes and relations with the management of Cimarron. Mr.Bob Davidson <br />spoke on behalf of Cimarron and associated companies. The Council could txk <br />take no action but allowed both parties time to present their story in the <br />hope that they could find a common ground and understanding of the situation <br />as it exists. Council did hold up the renewal of the Special Use Permit <br />for Cimarron and set February 81 1972 10:30AM for the time to make the <br />inspection of the Cimarron facility. Council.plus the building inspector <br />and plumbing —gas inspector would be involved in the. inspection. <br />Clerk advised to contact the Planning Commission regarding the status of <br />the proposed gravel pit ordinance. <br />Letter from Bon strop & Assoc explained the increase in the expense of the <br />1971 road program. Council asked to receive cmpies of -the letter and advised <br />the ole4k to send a letter to Bonesttoo asking for still a furhter explain <br />ation of the overcharge. <br />Motion <br />by C.Shervheim 2nd <br />by C.Abercrombieto approve the Sewer <br />Installers <br />Permti <br />(SI 000020) from R.W.Lacosse Const. contingent on the approval of <br />Inspector Robert 'Hier.
