MINUTES OF THE J'ANUARY X,1972 COUNCIL IULf.PE%1NG Cont'd. pg. 3 <br />Residents of the Krause Addition complained to the Council that they were <br />not getting their street plowed and that theysaw the Village truck come up <br />to their road and then turn around and 'leave. It was pointed out to these <br />residents that the street which they live on.is not a Village St.There were <br />certain conditions which were to have been taken care of at the time of the <br />original plat but not carried out. Citizens were advised that they could <br />petition the Village to hold a hearing regarding the upgrading of the road <br />involved to Village Standards. This would not guarantee upgrading of the <br />road only a hearing to discuss the matter., Action on the part of the Council <br />would not commence until the appropriate petition was receivad. <br />'Motion by O.Watson 2nd by C.F•ri.edrioh that C. Abercrombie be appointed to <br />represent the Village of lake Elmo on the Zone 6 Sewer Advisory Board. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mayor Brockman appointed a committee of Abercrombie,Watson and Friedrich <br />to work with counsel on the acquisition of property for a water reservoir <br />at a second Village location..
