I" DRAFT <br />Council Member Conlin suggested requesting Sheriff Pott attend the August 2, 2006, <br />Council meeting and provides an update on the road activities for 470' Street. Mayor <br />Johnston said he would be in contact with Sheriff Pon on Wednesday and discuss the <br />City's request. <br />M/S/P Johnson/Smith — to adopt Resolution No. 2006-069, ordering improvement for the <br />2006 MSA, on 45t' Street, Julep Avenue and 47a' Street Resurfacing. (Motion passed 4-0) <br />F. Northern Watermain Easement Acquisition Update: verbal <br />City Engineer Prew informed Council the project preparations are progressing, and no <br />appraisals have been received yet. He will have a report at the August 2, 2006, Council <br />meeting. <br />G. Resolution No. 2006-072: Change Order No. 1 Water Systeni Interconnect Phase <br />IV & Partial Payment No. 3 to Ellingson Drainage: <br />City Engineer Prew informed the Council that Prairie Ridge<Offio&,g§uk has requested <br />City water, due to contamination issues. The City will pad for one of the three requested <br />interconnects, with the additional costs of the other two assessed back to the owner. <br />M/S/P Smith/Conlin — to adopt Resolution No. 2006-0 <br />Water System Interconnect - Phase IV, Certificate No. <br />1, to Ellingson Drainage in the amount of $10,230,17. <br />9. PLANNING, LAND I <br />A. (Motion passed 4-0) <br />B.
