The 2008 projects have been approved for further study <br />and development of plans and specifications for implementation in the following year. <br />Staff has also been authorized to conduct studies and develop preliminary plans and <br />specifications for year 2009 projects. The documentation necessary to encumber Federal <br />funding for eligible projects will be initiated in conjunction with the development of the <br />preliminary and final plans. A copy of the CIP spreadsheet that lists the projects and estimated <br />project costs and a short narrative of each project proposed for 2007 and 2008 are included for <br />your information. <br />Sincerel , <br />Robert J.
