CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006- 1'4(D <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF DISCOVER CROSSING <br />2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Lake Elmo City Council considered and approved the OP Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit of DISCOVER CROSSING on April 18, <br />2006; <br />WHEREAS, the Final Plat of DISCOVER CROSSING 2ND ADDITION <br />presented to the City Council conforms to the standards of Section 300 and Section 400 <br />of the City Code. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Lake Elmo City�Council <br />does hereby approve and accept the Final Plat of DISCOVER CROSSING 2 <br />ADDITION, per plans staff -dated November 30, 2006 as on file with the City <br />Administrator. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 19a' day of December 2006. <br />Dean A.
