Trail Corridor linking Big Marine and Lake Elmo Regional Parks has been added. <br />(Page 29) <br />Other modifications were made by the Park Commission from the July draft, but those <br />are the most significant. <br />On November 21, 2005 the Park Commission completed its review of the consultant's <br />Guide Plan modifications and unanimously adopted a Motion transmitting the Guide Plan <br />back to the Planning Commission for its recommendation to the City Council. I do not <br />believe any of the modifications to the Guide Plan are of a magnitude to cause the need <br />for another Public Hearing. I suggest the Commission send the Guide Plan to the City <br />Council with its recommendation for approval as a Comprehensive Plan Amendment. <br />
