APPROVED AS AMENDED AUGUST 15, 2006 <br />Staff reported that Torre Pines was given preliminary plat approval July 1998 and final <br />plat approval for all but four lots in September 1998. The City was informed at that time <br />that Mr. Meehan would continue to live in the existing home on the unplatted 10 acres <br />and that the final plat for these four lots would not be done until some time in the future. <br />The Meehan's are requesting another one-year extension. City Code allows for this <br />extension, but requires Council approval on a yearly basis, as has been done every year <br />since 1999. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Johnson — to grant the Meehan's a one-year extension of the Final Plat of <br />Torre Pines, specifically the parcel now shown as Lot 15. Parks Dept.: <br />(1) Resolution No. 2006-077: Parks Plan Consultant Selection: <br />The City Planner reported that the Park Commission and Council interviewed three <br />consulting firms at the July 17, 2006, Park Commission meeting.
