Administrator Kueffner said an annual inspection is made of 15`h Street to determine the level of maintenance necessary. She noted, to date, she had not received a report form either the City Engineer or the Maintenance Supervisor, but that both of them have looked at the street and that she had requested Dan Olinger perform another traffic count. She presented a bag of nails and other metal debris that a resident had brought into City Hall, which was gathered from 15th Street noting it may be the result of recycled gravel being applied. Engineer Prew suggested 22-foot wide/7 ton axle weight, and Supervisor Olinger said he had reviewed Linders use of 15`h Street. Olinger also said his crew had been grading every two weeks, and was asked to cease because of the dust that resulted.
