(Res. No. 2000-024) <br />Planner Dillerud stated that Carriage Homes IX (Stillwater Investment Co.) had applied for the Final <br />PUD Plan, Final Plat and development Agreement approval for the 110 home and 4.5 acre Limited <br />Business neighborhood. He noted all grading and infrastructure construction plans have been <br />reviewed and approved by the City Engineer and the Development/PUD Agreement has been <br />reviewed and approved by the City Attorney. He explained that staff has reviewed the Final Plat and <br />found the drawings in conformity with the approved Preliminary Plat, and Chapter 400 standards <br />for conventional plats and that the Valley Branch Watershed District permit has been issued. He <br />said the City Engineer also approved the design of the Wetland Treatment System, and an MPCA <br />Permit for the system has been applied for, but not yet issued.
