Wildflower Shores Park Dedication Fee <br />Staff met with Scott Renne regarding the appraisal done for Wildflower <br />Shores. Mr. Renne had appraised the Carriage Home property, not the <br />Stillwater Investment property and the result was the established value of <br />$20,000 per acre.
