The plan to place pipes to lower the ponds would cost $1,000,000. <br />The VBWD would assess the affected people. <br />Council member Armstrong: No Report <br />Council member Siedow: No Report <br />12.UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br />13.CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />A. Wildflower Shores Park Dedication Fee <br />Staff met with Scott Renne regarding the appraisal done for Wildflower <br />Shores. Mr. Renne had appraised the Carriage Home property, not the <br />Stillwater Investment property and the result was the established value of <br />$20,000 per acre. Then the resale from Stillwater Investment to Carriage <br />Homes IX, Inc., was brought to Mr. Renne's attention and he revised his <br />report using the applicable Certificate of Real Estate Value, which shows a <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES DECEMBER 5, 2000 7 <br />
