(Motion passed 4-0). <br />B. Update on Building Dept. Activities and Code Enforcement: Jim <br />McNamara <br />Jim McNamara provided a summary building report. February 2001: 12 <br />New Residential permits, 19 plumbing permits, and 2314VAC permits. <br />Council member DeLapp acknowledged that the Bldg. Inspector followed <br />the intent of the lighting code. The Council drew the line as to what's inside <br />and outside. A follow-up letter to the contractor was suggested letting them <br />know this issue came up. <br />8.
