M/S/P Armstrong/Siedow - to adopt Resolution 2001-020, as amended <br />(deleted "appears that"), awarding the bid for $119,125.00 for the <br />construction of the Old Village Water Expansion to Keys Well Drilling <br />Company. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />Tom Prew reported that Dan Olinger got a bid of $2,500 from Buberl for <br />clearing the well site. Administrator Kueffner noted that she was not <br />informed of this item being added to the agenda. The Council commented <br />they did not like the lack of communication between the Maintenance <br />Foreman and the Administrator; and, then asked for this procedure to be <br />clarified. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp - to approve the bid of $2,500 from Buberl for <br />clearing of site. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />Tom Prew reported that Dan Olinger asked for waiver to weight restrictions <br />to go on the gravel portion of Manning Avenue to work on the public <br />system. <br />M/S/P Siedow/DeLapp - to approve the request of Dan Olinger to waive <br />weight restrictions on the gravel portion of Manning Avenue for Keys Well <br />Drilling and Buberl to work on the public system. (Motion passed 5-0.) <br />B. Update on Signal Projects <br />1. CSAH13 an I-94 Ramps <br />M/S/P Siedow/Dunn - to approve cost share agreement with Washington <br />County; conditional upon verification that signal and offramp is indeed in <br />Lake Elmo and not in Woodbury. (Motion passed 4-1:DeLapp) <br />2. CSAH13 and Hudson Blvd. <br />M/S/P Dunn/Siedow - to direct the City Engineer to inform the County to <br />expedite the signalization project on CSAR13 and Hudson Blvd. so it could <br />be built yet this year.
