Council member Dunn stated she didn't like PUD's, because she is <br />uncomfortable with the looseness and potential for abuse. She noted also <br />that Mr. Hiner has not come up with specifics for the 5-acre parcel. <br />Mayor Hunt thought the concept was an intriguing mixture with residential <br />and office use, but the large number and smallness of building concerns <br />him. He stated that it would be difficult to enforce uses with so many <br />individual tenants. The City's goal is to try to promote larger office <br />complex. <br />Planner Dillerud explained the Council has already adopted the new land <br />use plan. Attorney Filla added if you are going to encourage this <br />development, then you have to amend the comp plan.
