D. Handout of 2001 Local Board of Review Booklet <br />The Lake Elmo Board of Review will meet at City Hall on Wednesday, the <br />9th of May, 2001, between the hours of 4:00 ad 6:00 p.m. for the purpose of <br />reviewing and correcting the assessment of said Real Estate for the year <br />2001. <br />5. NEW BUSINESS <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA <br />A. Request from James Meehan Family for an extension of time to <br />record Final Plat <br />Torre Pines was given preliminary plat approval July 1998, and final plat <br />approval for all but three lots in September 1998. The Meehans are <br />requesting another one-year extension. Our code allows for this extension, <br />but requires Council approval on a yearly basis. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn - to grant the Meehan's a one-year extension of the <br />final plat of Torre Pines, specifically the parcel now shown as Lot 15. <br />(Motion passed 5-0). <br />B. Quick Access Software License Agreement Renewal <br />Lake Elmo has had an agreement with Washington County since 1997 and <br />the annual cost of $900 for monthly parcel data update has not changed. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn - to approve the Software License Agreement, at a <br />charge of $900 month, which serves to renew the Quick Access License <br />with Washington County. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />9. PLANNING. LAND USE & ZONING• <br />A. Old Village Architectural Control Overlay District Zoning Text <br />Amendment <br />Planner Dillerud reported the Planning Commission held a Public Hearing; <br />and, received testimony from 13 individuals, who all spoke in opposition to <br />the Ordinance. The Commission tabled consideration of the Ordinance and <br />LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 3, 2001 <br />
