l <br />D. Watershed Boundary Change Petition <br />The BCWD and LSCWD have filed a joint petition to correct the legal <br />boundary between the two organizations. The City received a copy of the <br />petition, map, letter of support from OPH and the associated Property <br />Identification Numbers for the individual parcels. The boundary change is <br />intended to adjust the legal boundary to match as closely as possible with the <br />hydrologic boundary. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp — to direct staff to send a letter approving this <br />Watershed Boundary Change as indicated. (Motion passed 4-0.) <br />E. Escrow Reduction - Carriage Station <br />Tom Prow reported the developer of Carriage Station has completed the <br />grading, watermain, storm sewer, and street construction except for the final <br />wearing course. Turf establishment and landscaping remain.
