C. 50th Street Order Preparation of Special Assessment Roll <br />M/S/P Siedow/Armstrong - to amend the resolution by requiring the interest <br />rate of 7.0 percent per annum and assessment period extended over five <br />years. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to approve Resolution No. 2001-071, A Resolution <br />Declaring Cost to be Assessed, and Ordering Preparation of Proposed <br />Assessment for 50"' Street. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />D. 50th Street Special Assessment Public Hearing <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No. 2001-072, A Resolution <br />for Hearing on October 2, 2001 on Proposed Assessment for 50th Street. <br />(Motion passed 5-0). <br />E. Fiscal Year 2002 Budget and Levy <br />Finance Director Berg provided a Second Draft of the Capital Outlay <br />Schedule. <br />ADMINISTRATION: <br />City Hall Addition <br />Administrator Kueffner stated the staff is strapped for room and suggested a <br />3-month timeframe for a recommendation from the Facility Study <br />Committee. Planner Dillerud did not think this study would be completed in <br />three months. Council member Dunn would like to utilize the area we have <br />and suggested proceeding with the proposed plan for the $80,000 addition <br />that had been submitted. Councilmember DeLapp volunteered to work on <br />the plans for the addition. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Dunn - to direct staff and Council member DeLapp to <br />bring in a preliminary plan for city hall addition. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />BUILDING INSPECTIONS: <br />Vehicle replacement year extended to 2005 <br />PUBLIC WORKS: <br />Council member DeLapp pointed out that Mike Buckles is using his own <br />truck to do water readings.
