B. Pay Estimate for 50th Street, 151h Street and Well No. 2 <br />Partial Payment for 151h Street: Tom Prew reported Tower Asphalt has <br />completed the grading, aggregate base, and some of the bituminous base <br />construction. The project is on schedule and within budget. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/DeLapp - to adopt Resolution No. 2001-077, A <br />Resolution approving Partial Payment No. 1 to Tower Asphalt in the amount <br />of $109,368.63, for work done to date on the 15ffi Street Construction <br />Project, based on the recommendation of the City Engineer in his memo <br />dated September 10, 2001. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />Partial Payment No. 4: Tom Prew reported Keys Well Drilling is nearly <br />complete with Well No. 2. Test pumping and completion is in the final <br />stages. <br />M/S/P Armstrong/Siedow - to adopt Resolution No. 2001-078, A Resolution <br />approving Partial Payment No. 4 to Keys Well Drilling in the amount of <br />$23,113.50 for Well No. 2, based on the recommendation of the City <br />Engineer in his memo dated September 10, 2001. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />Partial Payment for 50th Street: Tom Prew reported T.A. Schifsky has sub - <br />cut and graded about half of the street. Concrete curb and gutter is complete <br />on the eastern end of the project. The project is on schedule and within <br />budget. <br />M/S/P DeLapp/Dunn - to adopt Resolution No. 2001-079, A Resolution <br />approving Partial Payment No. 1 to T. A. Schifsky and Sons, for the work <br />done to date on the 50th Street Construction Project based on the <br />recommendation of the City Engineer in his memo dated September 10, <br />2001. (Motion passed 5-0). <br />8. PLANNING, LAND USE & ZONING: <br />A. Community Facilities Staffing Forecast — Consultant Selection <br />Council member Siedow stated TKDA is $8,000 cheaper and would go with <br />the lower bid. Council member Armstrong explained she talked to a <br />Planning Commission member who voted for TKDA because TKDA has <br />been with the City since 1973 and has experience with us.
