R-73 -5 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE E LMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVFI�ENTS TO BE KNOWN AS THE 1%LM0 <br />AVENUE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-1 AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION <br />OF FINAL PIANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR. <br />WHEREAS, after due notice of public hearing on the construction of <br />certain service street improvements in the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota, <br />a hearing on said improvements was duly held, and the Village Council heard <br />all persons desiring to be heard on the matter and fully considered the same; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village <br />of Lake Elmo as follows: <br />1, That it is advisable, expedient and necessary that the Village of <br />Lake Elmo construct certain service road improvements in the Village as <br />described in and in accordance with the preliminary plans and report prepared <br />by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc,, consulting engineers; as <br />described in the Notice of Hearing thereon, <br />Z. Said improvements are hereby ordered and are hereby designated "Helmo <br />Avenue Improvement Project 1973-1".. <br />3. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. are hereby authorized <br />and directed to prepare final Mans and specifications for said project. <br />Said -plans -shall include a -report to -the Village Council_ describing the - <br />quality and useability of the swamp lands referred -to in said engineers' <br />preliminary report, sufficient to enable the council to determine the extent <br />of benefit to such lands as compared with the non -swamp lands which will <br />benefit by said improvement. <br />4. The Village Council hereby ratifies and affirms all prior actions <br />taken by the Village Council in reference to said improvements, including <br />but not limited to the conducting of a public hearing thereon. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 6th day of March, 1973. <br />1 <br />Calvin J.
