NOTICE OF PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />TIME AND PIACE; Notice is hereby given that the Village <br />Council of the Village of Lake Elmo, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the Village Hall <br />in Lake Elmo, Minnesota, at 7;00 o'clock <br />P.M. on Tuesday, March 6, 1973, to consider <br />the construction of the following improve- <br />ments, to -wit: <br />NATURE OF Construction of a Major Collector Street <br />IMPROVEMENT: between Interstate Highway 94 and Tenth <br />Street North (formerly Minnehaha Avenue), <br />which Major Collector Street shall run <br />parallel to Interstate Highway 694 and <br />approximately 480 feet East of the center- <br />line of Section 32, Township 29 North, <br />Range 21 West, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />ESTIMATED COST; The total estimated cost of said improvement <br />is $210,000.00. <br />AREA PROPOSED The area proposed to be assessed for such <br />TO BE ASSESSED: improvement is every lot, piece or parcel <br />of land within that portion of the Village <br />of Lake Elmo described as follows: <br />AUTHORITY: <br />All land in the West One -Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter, the North One -Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter, and the North <br />One -Half of the South Half of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 32, <br />Township 29 North, Range 21 West, <br />Washington County, Minnesota, <br />benefited by said improvement whether <br />abutting thereon or not, based on benefits <br />received and without regard to cash valuation. <br />The Council proposes to proceed under the <br />authority granted by Chapter 429 M.S.A. <br />SUCH PERSONS AS DESIRE TO BE HEARD WITH <br />REFERENCE TO THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT WILL <br />BE HEARD AT THIS MEETING.
