R-73 -6 <br />RESOLUTION <br />V ILIAGE OF IAKE E LMO <br />14ASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RENAMING FART OF 45TH STREET NORTH <br />WHEREAS, a Petition has been presented to the Village Council requesting <br />that that portion of 45th Street North lying between Ideal Avenue North and <br />Lake Jane Road be changed to "Lake Jane Trail"; and <br />WHEREAS, said Petition was signed by eighteen of the twenty property <br />owners abutting said street; and <br />WHEREAS, the name "Lake Jane Trail' will, in the Councils determination, <br />be compatible with the Street Naming System adopted by this Council; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT RESOLVED that that portion of 45th Street North <br />in the Village of Lake Elmo lying between Ideal Avenue North on the West and <br />Lake Jane Road on the East be, and the same hereby is, renamed "Lake Jane <br />Trail". <br />Adopted by the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo this 6 th day <br />of March, 1973. <br />s/ Calvin Jo Brookman <br />Calvin Jo Broakmaa,Mayor <br />Attest. <br />s / Donald Mehs ikomer <br />Donald Mehsikomer, Cleric <br />
