57404 <br />ARTICLE I - CONSTRUCTION BY THE VILLAGE <br />Q--t, -- A <br />The Village shall construct or cause to construct an access road (Helmo Avenue) <br />from Ifinnehaha Lane at a point approximately 1200 feet east of Trunk Highway No. <br />694, to the westerly terminus of the Trunk Highway No. 12 - Trunk Highway No. 94 <br />interchange in accordance with Village plans and specifications, Village Project <br />No. 1973-1, and designated by the State as State Project No. 8282-25 (T.H. 94=392) <br />Access Road, and in the records of the Federal Highway Administration as Minnesota <br />Project No. 1 094-3 ( ) 250, <br />ca_4 ;__ R <br />The construction work contemplated herein shall be under the direction of the Vil- <br />lage. and shall be under the supervision of a registered professional engineer. <br />However, the construction of the aforesaid -work shall be open to inspection by the <br />District Engineer of the Minnesota Department of Highways or his duly authorized <br />representatives, and must be approved by said District Engineer as satisfactory <br />before any payment is made to the City by the State as hereinafter provided. <br />Section C. <br />Village <br />The VVVY shall complete the work to be performed hereunder during the year 1973, <br />This completion period may be extended by an exchange of letters between the <br />Village Clerk or Village Engineer and the District Engineer of the Department of <br />Highways for unavoidable delays encountered by the Village in the performance of <br />this agreement. <br />-5- <br />
