57404 <br />ARTICLE TV - SAVINGS IN THE STATES RIGHT OF WAY ACQUISITION COSTS <br />The deletion of the State's planned access service road connection to provide <br />access to Parcel 17 will reduce the acreage of right of way acquisition that would <br />be required for said construction. The reduction in right of way acquisition is <br />colored in red as shown in the attached sketch, marked "Exhibit B". <br />Reduction in right of way costs <br />Parcel 16A <br />Right of Way 1.43 acres @ $4,000.00 = $5,720.00 <br />Slope Easement No Value -0- <br />Total Saving - Parcel 16A $5,720.00 <br />Parcel 17 <br />Slope Easement 1.42 acres @ $1,250.00 = $1,775.00 <br />Right of Way (increase) .02 acres @ $2,500.00 = 50.00 <br />Net Saving - Parcel 17 $1,725.00 <br />Total Saving - Right of Way Costs ' $7,445.00 <br />The State shall pay.to the Village, upon the completion of the Village access <br />street construction, the lump sum amount of $7,445.00. Said payment to the Village <br />represents the savings in the State's right of way acquisition cost by the elimina- <br />tion of the State's proposed access service road connection to said Parcel 17 and <br />is a part of the State's total lump sum payment to the Village for the construction <br />of the said Village access street (lielmo Avenue) which street will provide access <br />for said Parcel 17. Said payment to the Village shall be made upon the receipt <br />of a request from the Village accompanied by two copies of the final certificate <br />providing for the access control along both sides of the said Village's access <br />street project (Helmo Avenue) from the northerly right of way limits at the said <br />Trunk Highway No. 12-Trunk Highway No. 94 interchange to 300 feet northwesterly <br />thereof. The aforesaid $7,445.00 lump sum payment to the Village shall be made <br />from funds that were encumbered for right of way acquisition purposes under <br />m7- <br />
