COM. Limits to <br />+j egorn. Limita and <br />WHEREAS sai4 plans are on file in the office of the Department of <br />Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled, and identified as <br />S.P. 8Z82-06. at, 27 94-392). (C P 73-19B-32 (C R 1901 ; and <br />WHEREAS . special provisions are on file irr-ine-office-of-the <br />Department of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and <br />identified as B.P, 52a2 06, 2G 27 (9!E392) R IOUN <br />which, together with the Minnesota Department of Highways Specifications <br />for Highway Construction, dated January 1, 1972, on file in the office of <br />the Commissioner of highways, constitute the specifications for said im- <br />provement of Trunk Highway Number 92 renumbered as <br />Trunk Highway Number 9ta & C,Rn 19B ; and <br />WHEREAS copies of said plans and special provisions as so <br />marked, labeled and identified are also on file in the office of the <br />Village and <br />WHEREAS the term "said plans and special provisions" as herein- <br />after used in the body of this resolution shall be deemed and intended to <br />mean, refer to, and incorporate the plans and special provisions in the <br />foregoing recitals particularly identified and described. <br />
