R-73 -18 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION OF INTERSTATE TRUNK HIGHWAY 94 <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council of the Village of Lake Elmo has on a number <br />of prior occasions considered plans for Interstate Trunk Highway 94 through <br />the Village of Lake Elmo and approved said plans as modified from time to time; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Minneeota through its Highway Department intends to <br />start construction of said highway before the end of .June, 1973: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Council, hereby, ratifies <br />and reaffirms its continuing approval of the existing plans for the construction <br />of said Interstate Trunk Highway 94 through the Village of Lake Elmo. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 5th day of June, 1973. <br />a <br />Calvin J.
