R-73-19 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELIIVIO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISMIENT FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-1 <br />(HELMO AVENUE) . <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br />Council on March 6, 1973, the Village Engineer has prepared plans <br />and specifications for Improvement Project 1973-1 (Helmo Avenue) <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for <br />approval; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on <br />file in the office of the Village Clerk, be, and the same hereby <br />is, approved. <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted <br />in the official paper and in such other publications as may be <br />required by law, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement shall be published as required by law and shall state <br />that sealed bids will be received by the Village in the Village Hall <br />until 10:00 A.M. C.D.S.T. on Friday, June 29, 1973, at which time <br />they will be publicly Opened and read aloud for the furnishing of <br />all the labor and materials and all else necessary for said project. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 5th day of June, 1973. <br />Calvin J.
