R-73-21 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND CALLING <br />FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-5 <br />(JAMACA COURT DRAINAGE PROJECT). <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer, at the direction of the <br />Village Council, has prepared a report with reference to the <br />installation of culverts at various locations on or near the <br />right-of-way of Jamaca Court North sufficient to drain excess <br />surface waters from the adjacent lands; and <br />WHEREAS, this report was received by the Village Council <br />on June 5, 1973; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council <br />of the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota: <br />1. That the Council will consider saidimprovement in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of the benefiting <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to Chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statutes; at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement being $3,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed <br />improvement on the loth day of July, 1973, at the Village Hall <br />at 7:00 o'clock P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 5th day of June, 1973. <br />G� <br />Calvin J.
