R-73-22 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING HEARING ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ROAD 19B <br />WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the Washington <br />County Engineer with reference to the construction of a Major <br />Collector Street between State Highway No. 12 and Tenth Avenue <br />North (formerly Minnehaha Avenue) in the Village of Lake Elmo, <br />which Major Collector Street is referred to in said plans as <br />County Road 19B, and this report was received by the Village <br />Council on June 12, 1973; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota: <br />1. That the Council will consider saidimprovement as more <br />particularly described in the Notice of Public Hearing on <br />improvement annexed hereto and made a part hereof as "Exhibit A", <br />in accordance with said report, and will further consider the <br />assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost <br />of the improvement pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 429 of the <br />Minnesota Statutes. The total estimated cost of said improvement <br />is $650,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on said proposed improve- <br />ment on the 27th day of June, 1973, at 7:00 P.M. at the Village <br />Hall of the Village of Lake Elmo and the Village Clerk shall <br />give mailed and published notice of such hearing, in substantially <br />the form annexed hereto as "Exhibit A" as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 12th day of June, 1973. <br />Calvin J.
