R-73-24 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT & CALLING FOR A PUBLIC <br />NEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-6 (BLACKTOPPING OF 33RD <br />STREET LANE NORTH). <br />WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by the Village Engineer <br />with reference to the blacktopping of 33rd Street Lane North <br />and this report was received by the Village Council on June 19, <br />1973; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota: <br />1. The Council will consider the blacktopping of 33rd <br />Street Lane North, and the assessment of abutting property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the <br />provisions of Chapter 429 of the Minnesota Statutes; the <br />estimated total cost of said improvement is $6,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement <br />on the 10th day of July, 1973, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the <br />Village Hall of the Village of Lake Elmo; the Clerk shall give <br />mailed and published notice of such hearing, in substantially the <br />form annexed hereto as "Exhibit A", as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Village Council this 19th day of June, 1973. <br />;f <br />Calvin 7.rookman, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Donald M`eh,. .komer, Clerk <br />
