R-73-27 <br />RESOLUTION <br />VILLAGE OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1973-6 <br />(BLACKTOPPING OF 33RD STREET LANE NORTH) <br />WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted June <br />19, 1973, fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of 33rd Street Lane North; and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that notice thereof has been published <br />and given as required by law, and the hearing thereon having <br />been held the loth day of July, 1973, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of <br />the Village of Lake Elmo, Minnesota: <br />1. Said proposed improvement be designated "Improvement <br />Project 1973-6 (Blacktopping of 33rd Street Lane North)" and <br />that the project be, and the same hereby is, ordered in accordance <br />with the plans prepared by the Village Engineer and on file herein <br />with the modification that the surfacing be limited to laying down <br />a six inch road base with sealer applied, thereby reducing the <br />estimated cost of the project to $3,000.00. <br />2.
