R-74-25 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY,-MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THOMAS E. TORSETH FOR SERVICE <br />TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo has reluctantly accepted <br />the resignation of Thomas E. Torseth from the Planning Commission;and <br />WHEREAS, the said Council recognizes that the demands and circumstances beyond <br />his control have made it impossible for him to serve longer in that capacity: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo <br />does hereby commend said Thomas E. Torseth for his faithful and unselfish service to <br />the people of this City as Planning Commissioner. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk forthwith deliver a copy of this <br />resolution to said Thomas E.
