R-74-27 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENTS FOR BIDS FOR 1974 TENNIS COURT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the direction of the City Council, the City Engineer <br />has prepared plans and specifications for improvement of the City tennis courts, <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo: <br />1. That such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, be, and the same are hereby, approved. <br />2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official news- <br />paper and in such other publications as may be required by law an advertisement for <br />bids on the making of such improvements pursuant to the plans and specifications as <br />approved by this resolution. The advertisement shall be published as required by law <br />and shall state that sealed bids will be received by the City until 2:00 P.M., Central <br />Daylight Savings Time, on August 23, 1974, at which time said bids will be publicly <br />opened and read aloud in the City Hall. Said bids shall be for the furnishing of all <br />labor and materials and all else necessary for said project. <br />Adopted by the City Council this nth day of August, 1974. <br />Maynard L.
