R-75- 35 <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASIIINGTOW COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RP.SQTAUTiON ACCEPTING DID <br />FOR WELL IN PEBBLE PARR <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the installation of <br />a well in Pebble Park, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to <br />law and the following bias were received complying with the advertisements <br />E. II. Renner & Sons Well Co. $6,621.00 <br />Keys Well Drilling Co. loM.00r and <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the bid of E. H. Renner & gone Well Co. is the <br />lowest and that said B. H. Renner & sons Well Co. are the lowest responsible <br />bidders <br />NOW, TMW.PORU, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of. the City of Lake Elmo; <br />1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into an appropriate contract with said r. H. Renner & Sons Well Co. in the name <br />of the City for installation of the said well in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on Pile in the office <br />of the City Clerk, subject to approval of said contract by the City Engineer and <br />the City Attorney. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorised and directed to return forthwith <br />to all bidders deposits made with their bide, except that the deposit of the <br />successful bidder and the next lowest bidder &hall be retained until the contract <br />has been signed. <br />-- abynard L.
