R-77- / 5- <br />RESOLUTION <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elmo has heretofore secured consent of the <br />Chicago and Northwestern Transportation Company to install an, open ditch <br />and storm sewer on its right-of-way for an annual rent of $110.00: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk are hereby <br />authorized to execute the proposed writing (a copy of which is attached <br />hereto) as evidence of that agreement. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 6th day of December, 1977. <br />C <br />LJ w <br />Thomas G.
