The total land <br />37130-2550 area is 100' x 147'. Without sewer, there is not en ough <br />Valuation $2,000 area to permit anything. -.to be built. The property <br />37135-4430 is presently zoned commercial. The lots are located <br />in back to the Twin Point Tavern. <br />6/16/81 ASSESSOR ACTION: The Assessor recommended that the value <br />Council approvedof parcel 4430 be reduced to $3,000 to make it compariable <br />with parce12550; and change the classification from <br />Commercial to Residential. <br />COUNCIL ACTION: None <br />
