There are often more cars in the
parking lot at the public access than it is designed
for. Whittaker said the DNR had promised signs on the
limits of the parking area; and that he would remind
them of that assurance.
Mottaz moved, seconded by Morgan, to instruct the City
Attorney to draft an Ordinance establishing tow -away
zones along Demontreville Trail, Lake Jane Trail, and
Klondike Avenue. Motion carried 4-0-1. Fraser absent.
KLATKE MINOR SUBDIVISION / VARIANCES: Mr. Klatke explained his
request for a Simple Lot division to build and earth -
sheltered home on the back of his property, Lot 3,
Huppert Add. on Jamaca Avenue. He explained that the
lot is ideally suited to an earth -sheltered home; and each
has two- drainfield sites; he would build a road to City
standards and dedicate to the City, if required; and,
he would pay for all improvements.
Novak asked about
and 36th Street.
he had expressed
hearing.
the location of his neighbor's house
Gary Paulsen reiterated the concerns
to the Planning Commission at the public
Klatke reiterated his response to those concerns; and
