LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL, JULY 7, 1981 1 -9- <br />AMM BOARD: Mayor Eder explained that through his nomination, <br />Laura Fraser has been appointed as a Director of <br />the Association of Metropolitan Municipalities. <br />LI'ON'S PARK TENNIS COURTS: Morgan said that, in his opinion, <br />the tennis courts in Lion's Park should be resur- <br />faced and repaired if the City Office was not being <br />.built there, He said the project bid out last <br />month was suppose to repair the longterm problems <br />with the courts. <br />Morgan moved, seconded by Novak, to repair the courts <br />as specified if the low bid for the project was still <br />good and if the repairs will solve the basic problem <br />which causes the break-up of the courts.
