Kroy - Oakdale's City Council approved the planned unit develop-
ment with provision that they retain all their excess runoff on
their own site - necessary to show this to Oakdale engineers before
they get a building permit - for Phase 1.
...Whittaker - Perhpps we should send them another letter saying
we should plan for the 2nd and 3rd Phases and let's be aware
there's going to be a drainage problem.
Council agreed,
D. PCA Hearina on Landfill Sites
1) On sludge and ash disposal sites, we're not one of the candidates.
2) On landfill sites, Whittaker suggested we use same arguments
for supporting our position. Should have a copy of the report
on sites in a couple days, will submit summary report to Councillors.
Bohrer and Whittaker will attend Landfill Hearing, probably 8/11, 9:30 a.m.
F. Brookfield - In site plan for Brookfield II building, they have a
culvert planned under driveway connecting 2 parking lots (presently
drainage ditch). Would like to extend 24" culvert south 160 feet.
Bohrer will ask developer to put grates (trash bars) on ends, at
developer's expense, because of length of culvert and close proximity
to school.
OLD BUSINESS
A.
