CITY COUNCIL MEETING, DECEMBER 1, 1981 -3- <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS: <br />Mr. Grace indicated that Lauseng Stone does not have a site <br />plan on file, and that their landscape plan has not been <br />completed, This will be reviewed December 15. <br />Cimarron Golf Course - Whittaker related his conversation with <br />Don Moe, Treasurer of the Homeowners Association at Cimarron, <br />concerning complaints about damage to personal property of <br />residents around the golf course. The residents have <br />had no cooperation from Cimarron in recovering these damages; <br />and feel this should be handled through their CUP, by requiring <br />the park owners to carry insurance to cover damages. <br />--Mottaz - would prefer to have the park owners come in and <br />explain their position and have them show intent of carrying <br />insurance or explain why they can't, <br />--Moe - reaffirmed Whittaker's comments and wants the Council <br />aware there is a list of complaints from the residents and <br />that the management has been unresponsive to their financial <br />responsibility for damages incurred from the golf course <br />agreed with Councillor Mottaz's suggestion. Patti. Homes and Tartan .'.4eadows were sent a <br />letter of intent to reapply, to date, no response has been <br />received, <br />
