Would maintain the <br />same position regardless of who owned the property. <br />--Mottaz - no one has made any reference or are making any <br />decisions based on who we are dealing with -Dayton -Hudson <br />or anyone else. <br />--Whittaker - Ordinance says need a 10A minimum lot size. Does <br />not say can have 4 per 40. Need a hardship to get a variance. <br />--Eder - if the motion passes, a simple lot division would <br />require a 10 A tract with dedication of right-of-way on. Whittaker recommended <br />accepting the low bid from S & T. <br />MIS/ Mottaz/Fraser to accept the low bid from S & T Office <br />Productse and authorize the Administrator to purchase the <br />specified office equipment. <br />Motion carried 3-0-2 Morgan and Novak abstained <br />G. Car Races on Lake Elmo - <br />No permit bias been regiesked; the races will not be held. <br />H. Green Acres 3.2 Beer License Confirmation - <br />M/S/P Novak/Fraser to approve the confirmation of a 3.2 <br />beer license at Green Acres., January 4, 1982, for Washington <br />County Sheriff Deputies, <br />I. Green Acres 3.2 licenses for: <br />Kroy Industries - 1687 Woodland Drive - St. Paul - 1/22/82 <br />Gerald Niesch - private party <br />Council discussion included hours of operation & after hours use. <br />--Mottaz - strongly opposes the expansion of the CUP for <br />Green .Acres by allowing parties to extend beyond the 10: 0 p.m. <br />closing time, as required on their permit. Both licenses are <br />for parties beginning at 10:.0 p.m, until 1 a.m. <br />--Fraser - no reason to go beyond 10: 0. . <br />--Mottaz - facility in a residential area - residents should be <br />considered - should put cap on late hour parties. <br />M/S Mottaz/Fraser'to deny the licenses for Kroy Industries <br />and Gerald Niesch. <br />Discussion - <br />--Eder - communication fxom the City should be to Springborn <br />He should convey this on to the applicants, <br />r --Fraser - possible misunderstanding on the hours - if they <br />want the license until 10:30,-no objection. Novak agreed. <br />Fraser recommended changing the motion to state - <br />The licensenses will be granted for Kroy Industries and Gerald <br />Niesch up to 10:30 p.m. on'the dates requested. Mottaz agreed <br />to the change in the motion. <br />Motion carried 5-0. <br />
