Claims
M/S/P Mazzara/Dunn - To approve claims 86143 thru 86190, excluding
86157, as presented. (Motion carried 5-0)
Christ brought up claim 86157 regarding Patrick Klaers charge of
$62 for travel to Brainerd. His understanding was that the $100
expense account was to handle this type of expense and additional
bills for travel was not necessary and would like to scratch this
claim. Klaers stated that his contract covers travel within the
metro area and not outside. Armstrong and Dunn questioned the
definition of the metro area and whether or not Brainerd is
covered. Morgan inquired if it was an allowable expense according
to his contract, and if it was then the council should pay it.
M/S/P Morgan/Mazzara - to approve the $62 travel expense to
Brainerd of City Administrator, Pat Klaers. (Motion carried
4:1<Armstrong>)
