The amount to
be assessed is $12,984.26/18 lots = $721.33/lot.
In discussion the City Council felt that a charge for
administrative costs should be made and determined that
approximately $28.65/lot should be charged for administrative
costs, bringing the assessed amount to $750.00/lot.
The City Engineer described the change in definition of a 10
acre lot from exactly 10 acres to nominally 10 acres, which has
increased the number of assessable lots by 2 for the purpose of
this assessment roll.
b. Jane Road North
The total cost is the total amount to be assessed
($19,907.74). This amount, divided by 12 assessable lots, gives a
cost of $1,658.98/lot.
