Councilman Dunn - I am very much impressed with the way Mr. Langer conducts himself at the Board of Review meetings. City Engineer Bohrer asked Mr. Langer if he would be qualified as a real estate appraiser because the City needs to acquire property every so often. Mr. Langer stated he would be qualified, but this would not be part of the assessors duties. Employee Health Plans Some employees are not satisfied with the coverage and/or payment schedule under our League of Minnesota Municipalities health insurance coverage. Composting and Recycling Rick Grooms from Washington County Public Health Department provided an update on Lake Elmo's 1985 composting project.
