A 25' wide drainage easement should be dedicated along the east line of Lot 16, starting at a point 30' south of the north lot line of Lot 16, proceeding 159.4' south to its end point at the north lot line of Lot 15. d. The ditch should be constructed with a 4:1 inslope, a 5' wide bottom, and a 3:1 backslope. e. The applicant shall construct the ditch, re-establish the turn, and maintain it for one year. f. After one year, the ditch shall be inspected and accepted by the City Engineer provided there is no evidence of erosion within the ditch. Mr. Gorman brought up the concept plan for a bakery and other uses and would like a second bridge for that area. The City Staff will work with Mr. Gorman on the bridge proposal,_ M/S/P Johnson/Graves - to approve action by the City Attorney and City Engineer to prepare the necessarry agreement and conditions in order to allow the realignment of the drainage ditch easement on Edward Gorman's property at11011 StillwaterBld.(Motion carried 5-0). D. UPDATE ON MSA.STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND LEGION POND MSA UPDATE City Engineer Bohrer reported that the last action of the Council was to apply for the variance for a 35 mph designed speed on the corner rather than 40 mph and to have the Zibell-Kreuger property appraised. There has been no word on the variance and the property has been appraised. The letter was just received today and will be reviewed by the City Staff. LEGION POND City Administrator Overby had given a petition to the VBWD, but as of this date no response has been received. The DNR had come out to look at Legion Pond and establish the high water mark, but we have not heard from them. There has been no reponse from the DNR on the City's application to the DNR for flood protection money. 7. CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT A. Schedule the 1987 Board of Review Frank Langer presented a short slide presentation on the property tax system. The Board of Review is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20, 1987 from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
