Present: Dunn, Hunt, Williams, Graves, Moe, City <br />Engineer Bohrer and City Administrator Morrison <br />MAYOR DUNN ACCEPTED A $1200 CHECK FROM THE LAKE ELMO JAYCEE'S FOR THE <br />PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AT REID PARK. <br />1. Agenda <br />Rearrange Agenda Item 6 as follows: A. Comp Plan, B. Rezoning RR-R1 <br />Peltier, C. Concept Plan, The Forest. Add: 3B Sunburrow Petition, 6F. <br />Pipeline Setbacks, 9D. Section 32 Discussion, 10D. Board of Review <br />Schedule, 11. SADEC Reappointment <br />M/S/P Graves/Moe - to approve the April 18, 1989 City Council agenda as <br />amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />2. MINUTES: April 4, 1989 <br />Councilman Hunt: page 4, Change wording to read: "The agreement monitors <br />only 14 of the potential 100 chemicals present." <br />Councilman Williams: Add to 8A., page 7 last paragraph: "or with the <br />company providing maintenance." <br />Add to Page 8, 2nd paragraph: In regard to street improvements "The staff <br />stated they will hold the hearings 30 minutes apart and notify the <br />affected propertyowners accordingly." <br />Add 10A. page 8, Add" Moe stated previous Councils frequently had dinner <br />on city expense." <br />Add 12B, page 9, 3rd paragraph, Add: "Councilman Williams explained that <br />Scout Troop 162 uses the monitoring fees as its major fundraiser, and that <br />it has a separate committee member...." <br />M/S/P Williams/Graves - to approve the April 4, 1989 City Council minutes <br />as amended. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />3. CLAIMS <br />M/S/P Hunt/Moe - to approve the April 18, 1989 claims #91645 through <br />#91697 as presented. (Motion carried 5-0). <br />SUNBURROW PETITION <br />J Bob Baker, resident of Sunburrow Subdivison in Oakdale, presented a <br />petition, signed by 100% of all the Sunburrow homeowners in the <br />subdivision as well as all the homeowners adjacent to Olson Lake Trail (on <br />the westside between 40th and 50th St.).
