Also, Terry Merritt, Exec. Dir. of the Municipal Board, called this <br />week (prior to receipt of the letter) to ask if our Resolution <br />re:Sunburrow was to serve as the official request for <br />detachment/annexation. I advise him that it was not, as the <br />Resolution only accepted the petition and that the propertyowners <br />would be the responsible party for submission of the Petition. <br />He further advised: <br />Brockman/Fraser: Board has yet to meet to review the evidence in <br />view of the remand. No time limit for response was indicated in Judge <br />Maas' decision. We will be notified when the matter comes up. <br />Section 32 Petition: Has been submitted by propertyowners, but not <br />scheduled. <br />I-94 Petition: <br />Not yet submitted to the Municipal. Board. <br />Current three Board Members are: <br />Chair: Shirley Mihelich <br />Vice Chair: John Carey <br />Commissioner: Ken Sette <br />All members are from out -state <br />Street Sweeping: <br />Street Sweeping will commence Monday, May 22nd. <br />Site G: Socio/Economic: <br />The attached letter will be sent to all residents in the well advisory <br />area (Wash. Co. Landfill #1), and to persons in the Tri-Lake Area. <br />We were able to view the questionnaire, but will have no further <br />access to it until after the interviews. <br />
